下半场的治愈生活 | Interior Design_ Ageing at Home

        这次的室内改造项目位于北京市石景山区的一栋高层住宅楼内，业主夫妻二人希望将现在这套住了十几年的房屋改造，成为退休养老的居所。现有房屋虽然已经装修了十几年，但保养得非常好，各功能分区也较为合理，但经年累月储存和收纳的物品已经塞满了家中的每个可被利用的空间，很多旅行时收藏的心爱之物，也只能暂时尘封在柜子中。在风格方面喜欢简洁与自然的装饰风格，这次的设计我们一致决定减少不必要的改造与装饰物，节省开支用于最能提高生活品质的重点位置。

The interior renovation project is located in a high-rise residential building in Shijingshan District, Beijing, and the owner and his wife hope to renovate the house they have lived in for more than ten years into a retirement residence. Although the existing home has been renovated over ten years, it is still well maintained, and the functional partitions are also relatively reasonable. Still, the items stored and stored over the years have filled every available space in the home. Many beloved things collected when travelling can only be temporarily sealed in the cabinet. In terms of style, we like simple and natural decoration styles, and with this design, we unanimously decided to reduce unnecessary alterations and decorations and save money for key locations that can best improve the quality of life

01 设计理念 Concept

      丰富的收纳功能+无障碍居家养老+简约日式风格

        通过符合业主生活方式的厨卫改造、系统化收纳和展示空间、合理布置灯光和智能化升级，适老化细节提升品质。从灯具、家具、建材、设备、空间、动线等每一处细节着手，把住宅打造成舒适养老、辅助康健的居住空间。

Renovation of the kitchen and bathroom with the owner's lifestyle, systematic storage and display space, reasonable lighting arrangement and intelligent upgrade, and improve the quality of ageing details. Starting from every detail such as lamps, furniture, building materials, equipment, space, and circulation, we will build the residence into a comfortable living space for the elderly and auxiliary health.

1.用收纳柜实现房屋格局重组，拆除调整非承重墙，使室内空间流动性加强；

2.卫浴实现真正意义上的三分离，从过道和小阳台挖出一角作为家政空间；

3.玄关增加衣帽间，优化生活动线；

4.利用次卧小阳台，打造1㎡休闲生活兴趣角。

1. Use storage cabinets to reorganize the housing pattern, remove and adjust non-load-bearing walls, and strengthen the mobility of indoor space;

2. The bathroom realizes the real sense of three separations, and digs out a corner from the corridor and small balcony as a housekeeping space;

3. Add a cloakroom in the entrance to optimize the living line;

4. Use the small balcony of the second bedroom to create a 1㎡ leisure life interest corner.

       轻量化一体化设计 + 优化洁污/家务/动静流线

最近一段时间“去客厅化”成为了许多人的首选，似乎传统的“电视—茶几—沙发”的模式已经失去不再适用于现代生活。这次的设计我们在两种方案中平衡了一下，将茶几轻量化作为客厅的装饰物，保留了“电视——沙发”的功能组合，餐客厅一体化设计，保留了原有的长餐桌，将各类大小家电、餐边柜收纳柜重新整合成风格统一的定制家具。

Recently, the "de-living room" has become the first choice for many people, and it seems that the traditional "TV-coffee table-sofa" model has been lost and is no longer suitable for modern life. In this design, we have balanced the two schemes, the lightweight coffee table is used as the decoration of the living room, the functional combination of "TV-sofa" is retained, and the integrated design of the dining and living room retains the original long dining table, and all kinds of large and small household appliances and sideboard storage cabinets are reintegrated into customized furniture with a unified style.

餐客厅一体化设计，满足了业主夫妻二人共同使用公共空间的需求，先生喜欢看电视，太太喜欢烘焙，餐厅增加了餐边柜提供了更多的操作台面，冰箱、管线机、烤箱整合到定制柜中，早餐、西式简餐、烘焙等不用去厨房，都可以在餐客厅完成，长桌平时还可以作为太太居家办公的场所，方便随时泡杯咖啡小憩一下，也方便夫妻二人随时交流。

The integrated design of the dining and living room meets the needs of the owners and the husband and wife to use the public space together, Mr. likes to watch TV, the wife likes to bake, and the dining room has added a sideboard to provide more operating countertops, refrigerators, pipeline machines, ovens are integrated into the custom cabinet, breakfast, Western-style simple meals, baking, etc. can be completed in the dining and living room without going to the kitchen, and the long table can also be used as a place for the wife to work at home, which is convenient for making a cup of coffee and taking a break at any time, and it is also convenient for the husband and wife to communicate at any time.

红色为入户流线：接收快递或外出购物回来后（1），可在餐客厅的长餐桌临时消毒、分类物品（2），清洁外包装后的可以直接收入冰箱（3），其他的再拿去厨房清洁加工（4），卫生间的干区设置小洗手池（5），可以在这里洗手清洁，不影响厨房内活动；  蓝色为家政流线：洗澡（1）、存放脏衣（2）、洗衣机和烘干机（3）、晾晒衣服（4）。两条动线使室内洁污分区、内外分区明确，室外带入屋内的未清洁物品及需要清洗的物品，能够进行较为集中的处理，以达到减少污染、减少清洁家务量的作用；入户和家政空间动线集中，不穿越客厅和卧室，活动和休息空间互不打扰。

Red is the flow line of the house: after receiving the express delivery or returning from shopping (1), you can temporarily disinfect and classify items at the long dining table in the dining and living room (2), and you can directly put it into the refrigerator after cleaning the outer packaging (3), and then take the others to the kitchen for cleaning and processing (4), and set up a small sink in the dry area of the bathroom (5), where you can wash your hands and clean your hands without affecting the activities in the kitchen;  Blue is housekeeping: bathing (1), storing dirty laundry (2), washer and dryer (3), drying laundry (4). The two circulation lines make the indoor cleaning partition and the internal and external partition clear, and the uncleaned items brought into the house and the items that need to be cleaned outdoors can be treated more centrally, to reduce pollution and reduce the amount of housework; The flow of the entrance and housekeeping space is concentrated, and the living room and bedroom are not crossed, and the activity and rest spaces do not disturb each other.

书房兼作小卧室，给定居在国外偶尔回来的儿子儿媳二人准备的小房间，平时作为先生的书房使用，小阳台目前堆满了杂物，改造后增加地台、展示柜和花架，放上坐垫可以作为兴趣角和夫妻二人休憩的小茶室，儿子儿媳回来后，这里也可作为晾晒衣服的场所，分开晾衣空间可以有效保证多代人共同生活时的私密性。

The study doubles as a small bedroom, a small room prepared for the son and daughter-in-law who settle abroad and occasionally come back, usually used as the husband's study, the small balcony is currently full of sundries after the renovation to increase the floor, display cabinet and flower stand, put on the cushion can be used as a small tea room for the interesting corner and the husband and wife to rest after the son and daughter-in-law come back, it can also be used as a place to dry clothes, and the separate drying space can effectively ensure the privacy of multiple generations living together.

厨卫向来是室内改造的重点，通过改造实现卫生间干湿分离，并且将卫生间与厨房门对门的问题一并解决。在色彩上，厨房选择与室内家具一致的木色，蓝色地砖的运用把海洋的广阔引入室内，没有采用美缝，而是采用传统的勾缝方法，实现更加自然质朴的感觉。由于日常只有业主夫妻二人使用浴室，并且考虑到年纪大容易滑倒、未来需要进出轮椅等问题，遵从业主的要求，淋浴区仅用浴帘做分隔。马桶间独立设置，兼顾主人与客人方便使用与清洁，独立的干区洗手池，方便客人使用，也方便厨房有人做饭时，其他人洗手用水。

The kitchen and bathroom have always been the focus of indoor renovation, through which the dry and wet separation of the bathroom is realized, and the problem of door-to-door bathroom and kitchen is solved together. In terms of colour, the kitchen chooses the same wood colour as the interior furniture, and the use of blue floor tiles introduces the vastness of the ocean into the interior. Since only the owner and his wife use the bathroom every day, and considering the problems such as being old and prone to slipping and needing to enter and exit the wheelchair in the future, the shower area is only separated by a shower curtain following the owner's requirements. The toilet room is set up independently, taking into account the convenience and cleaning of the host and guests, and the independent dry area sink is convenient for guests to use, and it is also convenient for others to wash their hands when someone in the kitchen is cooking.

这次的方案中，我们为业主夫妇设计了非常多的收纳柜，从客厅集合了电视柜、餐边柜、隐形门、储物柜和入户玄关柜的巨大收纳柜，到兼作次卧的书房中的收纳柜与兴趣角的组合……我们在设计中也有一些疑问，到底需不需要如此大量的收纳柜，是不是应该多一些留白让空间虚实结合更有呼吸感，但是业主从他们的实际生活考虑，这样多的收纳柜是必须的。收纳柜虽然多，但是内部空间也要做好系统规划，才能更加高效地整理、收纳和使用。

In this plan, we designed a lot of storage cabinets for the owner and his wife, from the huge storage cabinet in the living room that integrates TV cabinets, sideboards, invisible doors, storage cabinets and entrance cabinets, to the combination of storage cabinets and interest corners in the study that doubles as a second bedroom...... We also have some questions in the design, whether we need such a large number of storage cabinets, whether there should be more blank space to make the combination of virtual and real space more breathing, but the owners from their actual life considerations, such a large number of storage cabinets is a must. Although there are many storage cabinets, the internal space should also be systematically planned to organize, store and use it more efficiently.

04 适老化设计 Age-friendly Design

     “降本增效”——小细节决定生活品质

考虑到业主的身体健康情况、未来8-10年（一个装修周期）中由于年龄和健康问题所带来的安全和无障碍需求、一些容易被忽略的设计细节（在不增加施工成本的情况下，尽量考虑全面）等，结合业主对装修风格和生活实际需求，进行适老化和无障碍设计。

Taking into account the physical health of the owner, the safety and barrier-free needs brought about by age and health problems in the next 8-10 years (a renovation cycle), some design details that are easy to be overlooked (try to consider the whole without increasing the construction cost), etc., combined with the owner's actual needs for decoration style and life, the age-appropriate and barrier-free design is carried out.
