意大利传统农舍适应性改造设计 | Rural Housing - The adaptive reuse of an Italian “Cascina”

         Cascina Lossano 的改造方案基于对 Sant'Alessio con Vialone 地区几个世纪以来为农业服务的历史、场地和建筑的仔细研究。我们的目的是设计一种与这些地方的记忆相关的体验叙事结构，反映人与土地之间的深厚联系。大自然就像一幅神奇的画卷，随着季节的变化而变化。 从平坦的乡村景观中提取的大地纹理形成了一条内循环、向外发散的路径，将游客与自然联系起来。 漫步在树林中，鸟鸣声和流水声引导游客来到庭院Aia。 庭院中的流水与水池形成了“稻田水镜”的意向，芳香植物包含了新的感官焦点，为周围空间注入了与自然视觉联系的和谐感。以传统形式提取与场地相关的特征，使用当地材料和技术建造一座新的舒适农舍。 屋顶被重新定义为一个几何地标——从街道和田野上清晰可见的建筑组成部分。 以建筑材料和屋顶形式作为区分新旧建筑的标志。  室内设计中，我们选择了来自自然的颜色与材料，装饰品选择黑铁、裸木桌椅、棉麻材质、具有野趣的植物与绘画雕塑作品等，创造一种温馨舒适的乡村生活氛围。庭院Aia 是开放的，以实现室内和室外之间的连接。 穿过庭院并通过向下的楼梯象征性地和物理性地下降到地面以后，我们发现自己身处一个与土地有着牢固联系的房间。室内改造的主要原则是满足功能、营造氛围，利用人体的五种感官，实现集居住、疗养、农业体验、农业景观于一体的多维度复合型现代农舍。

CASCINA LOSSANO _FOUR SEASONS & FIVE SENSES

Cascina Lossano's renovation proposal is based on a careful study of the history, the site and the buildings that have served agriculture for centuries in the Sant'Alessio con Vialone area. Our intention was to devise a narrative structure of experiences related to the memory of these places, one that reflects the deep connection between people and the land.

Nature is like a magical picture that changes with seasons. The earth texture extracted from the flat rural landscape forms a path that circulates internally and diverges outward, connecting visitors with nature. Strolling through the woods, the sound of birdsong and running water guides visitors to the courtyard Aia. The flowing water and the pool in the courtyard form a "rice field water mirror" intention, and the aromatic plants include a new sensory focus and infuse the surrounding space with a sense of harmony with nature's visual connection.

Extracting the identity associated with the site in the traditional form, using local materials and techniques to build a new cosy farmhouse. The roof is redefined as a geometric landmark—an architectural component clearly visible from the streets and fields. Building materials and roof forms are used as signs to distinguish old and new buildings. The Aia is open to enable the connection between indoors and outdoors. After crossing the aia and descending symbolically and physically into the earth via the downward stair, we find ourselves in a room with a solid connection to the earth.

The main principle of the interior renovation is to meet the functions and create an atmosphere, using the five senses of the human body to realize a multi-dimensional compound modern farmhouse that integrates living, recuperation, agricultural experience, and agricultural landscape.
