这是一座位于北京市中心的老式公寓楼，它建于1956年，曾是苏联专家访问北京时的公寓。公寓为砖混结构，类似于酒店套房的布局：卧室套房、书房、独立的浴室和厨房。业主家里有3个人，妈妈，爸爸，还有一个小女孩。买这套公寓时，家里人已经花了不少钱，希望在装修上尽量省下。妈妈希望房间可以整洁，有更多的储物空间。爸爸希望卧室和客厅都有电视可以看。他们活泼的女孩喜欢读书，所以应该有足够的书柜和游戏空间给她。爸爸妈妈需要有自己独立的家庭办公空间。因为离父母家很近，平时做饭少，但妈妈喜欢烤，所以也需要更大的开放式厨房空间。有时，他们也偶尔需要在家招待亲友。综合了所有人的需求，我们为业主提供了以下简约而有质感的设计方案。

This is an old-fashioned apartment building located in the Dongcheng District (city centre) of Beijing. It was built in 1956 and used to be an apartment when Soviet experts visited Beijing. The apartment is a brick-concrete structure, similar to the layout of a hotel suite, a large suite, a study room, equipped with a separate bathroom and kitchen. There are 3 people in the family, Mom, Dad, and a little girl. To buy the apartment, the family has already spent a lot of money, so they hope to save as much as possible on the decoration. Mom hopes that the room can be tidy and have more storage space. Dad hopes to have a TV both in the bedroom and living room to watch. Their lively girl likes reading so there should be enough bookcases and play space for her. Mom and Dad need to have their own independent home office space. Because it’s close to their parent's home, they usually cook less but Mom likes to bake, so they also need a larger open kitchen space. Sometimes, they also have the occasional need to entertain relatives and friends at home.
